Module 10. Managing the Quality of Construction Site Work
Module 10 turns attention to quality control, guiding candidates through the process of determining an acceptable quality standard and taking ownership of quality throughout the project. Field quality control is also discussed, along with the advantages and disadvantages of contractor quality control and more.
Module 11. Managing Security and Risk in Construction Work
Concluding the course, module 11 explores the fundamentals of risk management from the perspective of a construction site manager. The characteristics of an effective risk management strategy are discussed, along with guidelines for performing an effective risk assessment and how to both categorise and mitigate threats at a variety of levels.
