Module 5 – Strategic Planning
The importance of thorough and continuous planning is examined in module five, which provides a detailed overview of the ‘strategic planning pyramid’. Learners also study the art of effective money management in business, along with the benefits of proactive succession planning and a series of ethical considerations.
Module 6 – Building a Strong Customer Care Team
Module six details the limitless value of a capable and committed customer support team, exploring the relationship between customer care quality and a brand’s wider performance. Module 9 - Managing Time

A variety of helpful time-prioritisation and workload-management strategies are examined, along with a breakdown of the SPIRIT model – Specific, Prizes, Individuals, Review, Inspiring, Time-Bound. Several useful time-planning tools and resources are also discussed.
Module 10 - Managing Conflict
A detailed exploration of workplace conflict follows in module 10, discussing how effective conflict management is essential for nurturing positive outcomes. Some of the most common causes of workplace conflict are examined, along with an introduction to the ‘assertiveness formula’ and the importance of proactive, self-administered anger-management in business.
Module 11 - Risk Management
Concluding the course, module 11 discusses how the effectiveness of a risk management strategy can make or break the entire organisation. Candidates learn how to plan and implement a comprehensive risk assessment, categorise and prioritise identified risks, avoid severe risks where possible and generally monitor/manage risks that cannot be avoided.
